Let’s face it, its pretty rubbish having a “big event” at the moment.
To celebrate my 50th birthday, I can’t hold a party, go out to celebrate at a restaurant with family or friends, I can’t even go down the pub and enjoy a few pints.
So instead I invite you to enter a couple of competitions I am running on Instagram and Facebook.
On Instagram, you can win a “Relaxed & Beautiful Naming Ceremony” worth £245.
On Facebook, you can win a “Traditional Renewal of Vows Ceremony” also worth £245.

Rules & conditions for the Instagram Competition
To enter this competition, watch out for Acorn 2 Oak Ceremonies specific competition Instagram posts between 5th February 2021 and 21st March 2021.
Write in the comments of each competition post, the name of a child (first name only, nothing identifiable) who was born during the Pandemic of 2020/21.
The name of the child does not have to be your own child, it can be the name of someone else’s child born during the Pandemic.
You may want to tag a friend or family member who would also want to enter.
An Instagram account holder can only comment and enter once on each post, but they can comment on all specific competition posts.
Any comments deemed inappropriate or offensive will be removed, the competition entry will be disqualified and the account blocked.

Only an hour’s travel from Sheffield, South Yorkshire or Woodley, Berkshire is included in this prize. Any additional travel costs will need to be paid extra.
No additional costs for the hire of any venue, cost of catering or any hire of props is included. The ceremony, however can be located anywhere including in a private house or garden, no props are specifically needed.
The date for the ceremony is dependent on David’s availability and government restrictions and guidelines. Once a date has been agreed and booked however, it will be secure just like a paid-for booking.
The Naming ceremony prize, if unused, will expire by 31 Dec 2022.
There is no cash alternative to this prize however the ceremony can be gifted to another person.
The competition closes on 21st March 2021.
The winner will be drawn randomly and announced by 31st March 2021.

To enter this competition, watch out for Acorn 2 Oak Ceremonies specific competition Facebook posts between 5th February 2021 and 21st March 2021.
Write in the comments of each competition post, the names of a couple (first names only, nothing identifiable) who you believe has shown resilience and love towards others during the Pandemic of 2020/21.
The names of the couple can include yourself or another couple that you know.
You may want to tag a friend or family member who would also want to enter, but this is not a condition of entry.
